Evergreen wrestler Gabe Zimmerer works on top against Golden’s Luke Henderson during the opening round of the 165-pound bracket of the Frank Palmeri Invitational on Dec. 10 at Wheat Ridge High School. Zimmerer won the individual title at 165 pounds by pinning all four of his opponents he faced. The Cougars placed third in the team standings with 95 points.
