The Platte Canyon school board will hold two community forums Tuesday night to gather feedback from district staff and community members about the district’s search for a new superintendent. According to board President Katie Spodyak, the forum is intended as an opportunity for staff and community members to be included in the search process — namely by providing insight into the school district’s strengths, challenges and opportunities. Spodyak said the forum isn’t for interim candidates.

Randy Black, director of member relations for the Colorado Association of School Boards, will moderate the forums.
