EPRD board to look at nine acres in Indian Hills

-A A +A
By Deb Hurley Brobst

The Evergreen Park & Recreation District board has formed a committee to begin looking at nine acres of land in Indian Hills that it might consider purchasing.

The land, which is near Parmalee Elementary School, is priced at $1.6 million and has nine reserved water taps.

Real estate agent Andy Wann brought the land to the board’s attention in January, and this month, John Ellis and Peg Linn said they would learn more about the property and bring their ideas back to the board.
