Since opening under new management this spring, Keys on the Green restaurant is offering an eclectic menu with entrees for meat eaters, vegetarians and fish lovers.
“We’re trying to appeal to everyone,” says Craig Caldwell, manager and partner in the enterprise.
“The prime rib is the biggest seller right now,” he adds.
However, those who dine at the restaurant also have choices that include Colorado lamb, Pacific halibut and Tuscan kale salad. Every night the restaurant also offers three specials.
