A new deli has moved into Evergreen Mountain Market.
D-Rass Deli, along with La Cuisine of Evergreen, are open in the space that has seen a variety of delis come and go over the years.
Owner Laurie Baumer and chef Dylan Shively use the kitchen to prepare a full catering menu of French-inspired meals and appetizers for parties and weddings. Plus, they make breakfast and lunch fare for daily consumption. All sauces are made from scratch, Baumer said.
