Thank you to the person or persons who did the snow sculpture of the trout on Evergreen Lake a couple of weeks ago. It was creative, well done, and had a sense of fun.

Hockey, charity continue at ‘Dawg Pond’ in Indian Hills
Dear friends and neighbors:
I am the president of Dawg Nation Hockey Foundation, a 501(3)c founded in 2011 by a group of local adult hockey players looking to give back by helping those in need. Our first year blew away all expectations, as we pulled in more than $90,000 and, more importantly, were able to aid seven individuals suffering from illness or injury.

Golf courses are not native to Colorado

In Davidson’s letter about elk damage on the golf course, he states that elk are not native to Colorado. Elk have been pushed by human activity for many decades to be found where they now try to live. Are exclusive elitist golf courses native to Colorado? Not hardly.
