  • Delano ‘Del’ Francis English

    Delano “Del” Francis English died at his home on Jan. 25, 2012, at the age of 76.
    He was born in Alliance, Neb., on May 31, 1935, the son of Teresa and Roy English. He received his bachelor’s degree from Long Beach State in California and served in the U.S. Air Force. Del dedicated his career to being a safety advocate, protecting workers across the country and abroad as a corporate safety engineer.

    Ida Mae (Harrell) Seger, 81, of Kittredge passed away Jan. 28, 2012.
    Ida was born Aug. 3, 1930, in Logansport, Ind. Her family moved to Colorado when she was 3 years old to farm in Wheat Ridge. Ida graduated from Wheat Ridge High School.

    Matthew George Krauss, 49, of Wheat Ridge passed away Jan. 23, 2012, after a short illness.
    He is survived by his parents, George and Ruth Krauss of Evergreen; his grandmother, Florence Oeste of Evergreen; his brothers, Jonathan Krauss of Helena, Mont., Benjamin Krauss of Lakewood and Thomas Krauss of Algonquin, Ill.; and a son, Brandon Krauss of Grand Junction.

  • Robert K. Weinberger

    Robert K. Weinberger, 53, of Evergreen lost his battle to cancer on Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012, in his home surrounded by his friends and family.

     

    Services will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church in Evergreen at 11 a.m. Jan. 28, 2012, followed by a luncheon and a tribute to Robert’s life in the church’s reception hall.

    Robert was born on March 1,1958, to Rudolph and Inge Weinberger in Munich, Germany. In 1994, Robert followed his dream of immigrating to the United States and became a citizen in 2005.
