Track & field: Lauder, Kay, relays rule Jeffco

Evergreen scored four victories at the 4A Jeffco League track and field championships on May 10 at Jefferson County Stadium in Lakewood. Anne Lauder won the girls 300-meter hurdles in 46.91 seconds, winning by .01 seconds, Kay took first place in the discus at 103 feet, 8 inches, while the boys’ 4x200 relay of Andrew Milligan, Collin Molleur, Cam Walker and Rob Weinel won in a time of 1 minute, 31.33 seconds. The boys’ 4x800 team of Alex Aafedt, Molleur, Eric Temple and Aaron Wald were victorious in 8:16.74.
