A compromise has been reached in the legal tussle between the Paradise Hills Homeowners Association and a property owner who wanted to keep a large fence on her property.
Under terms of the agreement, the homeowner is allowed to keep the fence temporarily, possibly at least until her children grow up or the house is sold. The details were not made public. The case was closed Aug. 5.
