The Church of the Transfiguration has a Sunday school program using the Godly Play program, a blend of storytelling, art and activities for nurturing spiritual growth in children. Sunday Hebrew School
Judaism in the Foothills announces the opening of its new Sunday Hebrew School. The Gan Israel Hebrew School will feature programs for children of all age groups. Children ages 4 to 6 and ages 7 to 13 will learn to read and write Hebrew and gain an appreciation for the who, what, when and why of Jewish life. The Hebrew school also offers a tutorial program for all ages regardless of enrollment in the Hebrew School. A bar/bat mitzvah for ages 12 and 13 is offered twice weekly for a year.
