Residents advised to keep cars locked in wake of recent thefts

The Jeffco Sheriff’s Office is following leads on recent thefts from vehicles in Wah Keeney Park and at the Lodges in the Ridge at Hiwan.
Sixteen vehicles from which items disappeared May 11 in the 30,000 block of Hilltop Drive at Wah Keeney Park were unlocked, said sheriff’s spokesman Mark Techmeyer.
On May 12, four vehicles parked in garages at the Lodges in the Ridge at Hiwan condominiums on Stone Canyon Road were entered.
