At the end of two hours, the planning commission leaned toward saying it needed more information and more time to consider the issue. Members voted to hold another hearing Oct. 14 at 6 p.m. at the Jefferson County Courts and Administration Building.
A number of people from the Blue Spruce Road area attended the meeting to protest the ongoing use of a private home at 4799 S. Blue Spruce Road as a rental unit on a short-term basis.
