Metro District plans busy summer of construction

Crews will be busy around Evergreen this summer with a number of projects involving digging up streets and replacing sewer mains.

The Evergreen Metro District has four major construction projects on the agenda, including one to install two 15,000-gallon concrete tanks in the rodeo grounds area at El Pinal.

EMD is the area's biggest water provider, serving 4,361 customers in the Evergreen area.
