OK, maybe this game wasn’t as big as the Super Bowl, but a league championship was on the line and all the Cougars needed to do to win it was beat D’Evelyn on the road.
Unfortunately for the Cougars, they just didn’t have enough offense in this matchup as the Jaguars were hot from the field and hurt the Cougars at the free-throw line as they took home the league title, 65-52.
