Thank goodness Mr. Eno is all rested up.  Now, he might use his energies studying Colorado's constitution and/or conversing with AG Suthers about the legality of spending the public's money on reduced tuition advantages (might this be discrimination?) for the children of illegal immigrants. Firstly, aren't they illegal, too? They may not have had a choice in coming to the U.S.; however, that does not absolve them of this illegal act. Just because Mr. Obama, in a blatantly political move, decided to issue a proclimation that "it's o.k. that you're here (read: vote for me!)" doesn't make it either right or legal. There are existing Federal laws regarding illegal immigration and, some would say, Mr. Obama is, himself, breaking the law by both refusing to enforce them and by issuing his presidential proclamation in an attempt to skirt/legitimise such actions.
