Kathleen Wallace has had many adventures since growing up in Evergreen. She is now a cab driver in Fairbanks, Alaska — as well as a children’s book author.
Her recently published book, “Alaskan Troll Eggs,” is an engaging story about a “very odd woman” who captures four young children who happen to have the same names as Wallace’s grandchildren.
“I had written the story for my grandson while standing in line at the post office,” she said. “I thought Robert would like a story about himself.”
