FIRE DISTRICT VOTERS RECALL SHANLEY, KLAUS

Evergreen area voters decisively unseated two of five members of the Evergreen Fire Protection District board of directors in the Nov. 13 recall election.

The vote to recall board President Phil Shanley was 1,504 in favor and 1,399 against.

Voters cast 1,565 votes in favor of recalling board Treasurer David Klaus and 1,300 against.
