Evergreen head football coach Rob Molholm has never had a Division-I football player before now, but this one is not your typical on-the-field prospect.
For three years, Shelly Brobst has served as a team manager for the Cougars. On April 16, she was one of eight student-athletes to sign a letter of intent during a ceremony at Evergreen High School as she’ll be attending Colorado State University in the fall and working with the Rams’ football program.
So is Brobst’s signing somewhat atypical of the usual student-athlete signings?
