Dore’s lush images create their own visual reality

Visual images are powerful for many reasons, but perhaps most important is their ability to construct a particular version of reality for the viewer. In his artwork, U.K.-born artist Christian Dore creates a lush reality that allows the viewer to not only look at the world around her, but to truly see and experience the sensations of the natural world. Dore’s artwork will be on display in a solo exhibition at Mirada Fine Art Gallery from May 7-29.
