Hash-oil production is suspected in a home explosion that seriously injured three adults in Bailey on Friday night.
According to the Platte Canyon Fire Protection District, the explosion of a home in the 4100 block of South Ridge Road in Bailey was first reported as a structure fire around 8 p.m. Upon arrival, however, responders from the Platte Canyon and Elk Creek fire departments found the home fully engulfed and a .35-acre wildland fire burning nearby.
