BROOMFIELD — Throughout the spring sports season, the weather can be a burden for teams that rely on it to allow their busy schedules.
On April 14 at the Broadlands Golf Course, that weather got in the way early and hindered play for many in attendance at the Jeffco League 4A/5A tournament, which saw girls from 18 teams hit the links. Many girls cited the morning frost delay as a setback to their games.
