Caffe di Lucca to become EverBean

A new name and a short move are in the works for Caffe di Lucca.

The coffee shop, which bills itself as the “Cheers” of Evergreen, will soon be called EverBean, and in April it will move three doors down to the eastern end of the Lakepoint Center.

It’s time for some changes for the coffee shop, according to owner Cheryl Pankonien, who with her husband, Alan, bought the shop in September 2010. The Pankoniens want to make the shop their own.
