Cabin-baby mom's arraignment rescheduled

A no-show for her Jan. 14 arraignment, cabin-baby mom Summer Lynn Baker is back in the system.

In fact, she was hardly out of it. The morning after her missed court date, Baker showed up at the Jefferson County clerk of the courts office holding a note from Lutheran Hospital affirming that she was on medical business at the time of the arraignment. That’s a valid defense, but neither the court nor Lutheran will divulge her specific medical complaint.
