The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office is looking for Laurette Doerr, an 86-year-old Conifer woman who has gone missing.

Doerr left Conifer about noon Dec. 3 headed south to Denver to see her daughter. She was driving a blue 2000 Subaru Impreza with Colorado license plate PAZ-9120. Doerr likely traveling on U.S. 285 from Conifer to Denver.

Doerr is 5-foot-1, with gray hair and brown eyes.

Doerr was diagnosed with diabetes a year ago but doesn't take any medication that would impair her driving abilities, according to the sheriff's office. She has been known to get tired while driving and nap in her car.

Anyone who thinks they may have seen Doerr or her car is asked to call the sheriff's office at 303-271-0211.
