The fifth annual Western Winefest on Aug. 16 is an opportunity to sample Colorado wines and enjoy catered foods while helping college students in need of financial assistance.
The event is the major fund-raiser for Bootstraps, an organization that provides scholarships and loans for area students.
In addition to selections from 18 wineries on the Front Range and Western Slope, admission to the festival includes live entertainment by BooDaddy.
Evergreen caterer Fresh Tracks has been selected to provide food for purchase.
