The results of a study exploring the costs and benefits of a combination arts center/community center in Buchanan Park will be unveiled at 6 p.m. Oct. 20 during a work session by the board of the Evergreen Park and Recreation District.
The meeting, at Buchanan Rec Center, will be open to the public, and public comment will be taken.
The district commissioned Economic Planning Systems Inc. of Denver earlier this year to gauge the demand for an arts-oriented development and the costs associated with its construction.
